What the authorization covers
Under Article 1 of the decision, RIBS is authorized to train the following cycles of formation:
- Registered Nurses (Infirmiers Principaux)
- Senior Medical Laboratory Technicians — Medical Analyses option
- Senior Medical Laboratory Technicians — Optics & Refraction option
- Nurse Assistants (Aides-Soignants Généralistes)
- Midwives (Sages-Femmes / Maïeuticiens)
- Nurse Specialists — Ophthalmology
- Nurse Specialists — Anesthesia / Reanimation
- Nurse Specialists — Mental Health
- Medical Laboratory Technicians — Medical Analyses option
- Mortuary Attendants (Préposés de Morgue)
Government oversight
Under Article 2 of the decision, the Government reserves the right to inspect the school environment at any time to ensure that RIBS respects the provisions of the current regulations. Article 3 states that any violation of these provisions is subject to sanctions provided by law.
Article 4 provides that the decision is registered, published, and communicated wherever needed.
